Share Your Feline Knowledge and Experience

I love sharing information written by cat lovers. There’s a sick kitty out there just waiting for critical information to be written for its owner to read. It may just be that your kitty is sick and you want to help others in the same boat. We have lots of information to gather. People have so many different experiences and have been through so much that I know with all my heart that we can help many.

I want this website to be a wealth of knowledge and a “how to” website. So, if you have an article you want to write for AssistFeed.com, please contact me.

Here is a little bit about what I am looking for…

  • Articles that are truly valuable and full of usable information for our AssistFeed.com readers Original content not published anywhere else (we don’t want to look like a copy cat site)
  • Topics covering feline anorexia, assisted feeding, support during illness and surgery, preventative steps to take to alleviate additional hardships, nutrition, safe weight loss, etc. If you need ideas for topics just let me know.
  • Shoot for 500-1000 words in length; more if you’re on a roll
  • Articles are not self-promoting (we will promote you with a bio line and picture)

Here is what you will get…

  • A few sentence bio-line at the beginning of the article explaining who you are with a link back to your website, if applicable.
  • Your picture with your bio line.
  • Lots of people reading your article, thankful for your experience and hopefully a bunch of visitors to your website as well!

And few more things…

  • When your article is accepted, it may be modified for readability and website consistency. Often times this may just be small things like title changes and formatting adjustments. I will give you a simple style guide when you initially contact me.
  • As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words so please be thinking of how your pictures can convey your information. (Pictures will need to be professional looking and original.)
  • I need help with learning about setting up our social sites so we can direct more visitors to AssistFeed.com and increase your exposure as the article writer, so contact me about this as well!
  • Also, linking to the article from your website is allowed and much appreciated.

So, if you are ready to write something great, contact me at Kathy(at)assistfeed.com and let’s see what we can accomplish!
